CHRISTINA FADDOUL, LMFT

Therapist

Hi there, I'm Christina. As a working mom, I know what it feels like to juggle a million different responsibilities at once, and not always knowing the right place to start. You may feel like you have 15 different tabs open in your head, and don’t know which ones are OK to close. Even though you feel scrambled at times, with the right support (aka me, the therapist) and the right skills, we can get you started on the right track. For my parents out there, on top of your daily responsibilities and being on top of the kids, coupling can feel really hard too. I’m a military spouse myself, and sometimes totally feel like my partner and I are speaking different languages. Through our own therapy and thoughtful introspection, we were able to get back on track. I'm ready to help you do the same.

I love working with couples who have a strong foundation of mutual love and respect, but are feeling stuck in some ways and need an outside eye to help get things moving forward again. I'm also here to help teens and young adults with anxiety or OCD learn how to close out some of those web browsers, to help quiet down the noise in your brain and help you see clearly again. The people I work with may be feeling like their brain is the inside of a washing machine, with the same thoughts circling around and around without stopping.

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist (license #122783). I received my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the competitive San Diego State University MFT program. I have extensive experience helping folks work through anxiety and OCD using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I absolutely love using the Gottman Method in my work with couples. Because I am a telehealth only provider, I offer more flexibility in scheduling appointments to minimize any disruptions to school or work. Let's be honest, that life stuff is hard enough already. If you're ready to shift your perspective to start doing things a bit differently in your relationship or family, you're in the right place.
