Are you the parent of a child who just doesn't seem like their usual self?

As parents, we want our kids to grow up feeling confident, brave, and ready to tackle life’s challenges. However, today’s kids and teens face immense pressure—from fitting in and managing homework in a competitive academic environment, to balancing friendships and sports. With the added stress of social media, bullying, and college applications, it can be a tough time to be a kid.

We’re here to help you raise a happy, healthy, and confident child.

Anxiety and depression are two common mental health challenges many kids encounter. It’s easy for them to feel overwhelmed, turning even simple tasks like getting ready for school or completing homework into seemingly impossible obstacles.

When your child struggles to cope, their self-esteem can take a hit. You may notice them speaking negatively about themselves or feeling inadequate. It's also common for kids ant teens to express their frustration through anger or withdrawal.

If you’re concerned about your child or teen,

we’re here to help.

Our team is trained in a variety of effective evidence-based strategies to help both you and your child feel more confident and self-assured. We’ll equip your family with practical tools and strategies to:

  • Use coping skills that really work

  • Be brave when things get tough

  • Help your child worry less

  • Address feelings of sadness and low self-worth

We’re committed to supporting your family.

When you reach out, we’ll set up an introductory call to explain what to expect from the therapy process and to see if we’re a good fit. In our first session, we’ll meet with you and your child together to discuss treatment expectations and goals.

By the end of that session, we’ll provide recommendations on the type of treatment, duration, and how often we suggest meeting to achieve your goals. We’ll work together collaboratively to help parenting feel easy again.
